How is Australia’s Northern Territory supporting our international students?

Australia’s Northern Territory Government continues to welcome and support international students in the Territory through:

  • The Territory Worker and Wellbeing Fund helps international students who have lost their job or their income has been reduced because of COVID-19 and are not already receiving financial and/or wellbeing support, including Centrelink benefits

  • If you are looking for work, register on the Territory Jobs Hub

  • Information regarding crisis accommodation is available on the Shelter Me website

  • It’s natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief and worry during a major event or pandemic. There are a range of services currently available across the Territory. Find out more about managing stress and anxiety

  • #KindnessShake is a community-led initiative that aims to provide a weekly meal to those who are affected by COVID-19
